The pair of items worked brilliantly with the Christmas turkey. Great to feel confident about having properly cooked poultry that remained moist and tender. Very easy to use. Wish I’d bought them years ago! Will always use for cooking roast meats from now on. Great service and prompt delivery.

The Thermapen One seems well made. It's responsive accurate and easy to use. One gripe I have is that it's designed for right handed use only. I haven't had chance to use the Dot for a roast yet but from basic tests it seems to be a well made product that would function as advertised. The magnetic temperature guide that came in the bundle is really handy.
