Brilliant Customer Service
We bought a cooking thermometer years ago. It needed a replacement battery. I could not remove the cover, made a mess of the slot you are supposed to use to twist the cover off. I called the company, spoke to a human being right away. They told me to send it to them. I did and they sent a replacement, no quibbles. Why can't all companies be like this?
