You can see the status of your order in your Thermapen account. However, we will send you an email once your items have been dispatched. If ordered via courier, you can contact us via our online contact form if you require a tracking number.

Where do I insert the probe to get an accurate reading?
To get an accurate reading with your Thermapen, insert the probe tip into the thickest part of the food you are taking the temperature of. With meat, make an effort to avoid any bone or gristle.

What are the UK delivery options?
• UK next day courier, weekdays only, when ordered before 2pm. Excludes Northern Ireland. FREE for all orders over £35. Costs £15.00 for all orders under £35.
• UK standard courier, arrives within 2 to 3 working days. Excludes Northern Ireland. Costs £7.80 for all orders under £35.
• UK courier, next day before noon, weekdays only, when ordered before 2pm. Excludes Northern Ireland. Costs £25.20.
