How Does it Work?
1. Place an order
Purchase your selected product(s) via our online checkout system, selecting which delivery service you’d like.
2. Receive an email
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase.
3. Track the progress
You can see the progress of your order in your Thermapen account; however, we will send you a despatch email once your order has been shipped.
4. Your order delivered
If you ordered via a courier service, a signature is required before your Thermapen is delivered to ensure it arrives in your hands safely.
Shipping & Delivery FAQ
What are the UK delivery options?
• UK Standard Courier arrives within 3-5 working days. Excludes Northern Ireland.
•UK Next Day Courier service available on weekdays only for orders placed before 2pm. Please be aware that selecting Next Day delivery after 2pm on a Thursday will result in dispatch on Friday and delivery on the following Monday.
• UK courier, Next Day Before Noon service available on weekdays only for orders placed before 2pm. Please be aware that selecting Next Day Delivery after 2pm on a Thursday will result in dispatch on Friday and delivery on the following Monday.
Ordering outside of the UK?
We can ship internationally, however any taxes & custom duties for shipments outside the UK to EU and international destinations are not included in the delivery cost. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, these will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address.

Import Taxes or Customs Clearance Charges
We care about our customers but unfortunately we cant control custom fees upon the arrival of your order. If ordering outside the UK, there will be a custom charge which isn't included within your delivery cost.
What are the shipping costs?
• We offer FREE UK* Next Day courier Delivery on all orders over £35.
• If you would like UK* courier, Next Day Before Noon, this costs £25.20.
• If your order is under £35, the cost for UK* Standard Courier is £7.80, UK next day courier is £15.00 and UK next day by noon is £25.20.
*Excludes Northern Ireland.
How can I track my item?
You can see the status of your order in your Thermapen account prior to despatch; however, we will send you an email once your items have been despatched.
What happens if my parcel arrives and I’m not in?
If delivered via Royal Mail (standard delivery option) your parcel will be securely held at your local post office. A note of where your parcel is being held along with details of where to collect it will be left.
If delivered via UPS courier (two day or next day delivery), UPS will reattempt delivery up to 3 times before returning your item or sending it a UPS access point.
I haven’t received my parcel. What can I do?
Firstly, we are really sorry that this has happened. We endeavour to meet the estimated delivery times but sometimes, unfortunately this is out of our hands. But please do not worry, if your item has not arrived after 10 working days of purchase, please contact us via the contact form below and a member of our team will look into this for you.

• ETI will use its best endeavours to meet the estimated delivery times but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so.
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
• Your package will be despatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
• The company reserves the right to charge extra delivery charges for any abnormal packages and for all offshore addresses i.e. N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Please note: off-shore addresses can take up to 3/4 days for delivery.
