How to use the Smoke

• Press the power button on the back of the instrument to switch it on. 
• Use the SET buttons to program your high/low limits and the ON/OFF buttons to switch the audible alarms on or off. 
• Insert the food probe into the centre of your meat. Attach the air probe to your grill using the grate clip. 
• Stand the Smoke on a surface next to the BBQ. Please note the screen is not BBQ-safe. 
• Place your meat into the BBQ and close the door or lid. 
• Press the button on the Smoke receiver to switch it on. It’s pre-paired and will display your temperatures without any setup. Use it to monitor your cook from up to 90m away, or view the progress using the Smoke display. 
• The alarms will sound once your meat reaches its high limit, and if your pit temperature falls out of your set limits. 

Switchable probes

Change up your probes to suit different cooks with the Pro-Series range. The Mini Needle Probe is perfect for monitoring thin and delicate foods like ribs or fish.
