Fantastic product, reads accurately and super quickly. I have owned cheaper thermometers in the past but you can see the workmanship that has gone into this product and would recommend making the investment, you will not regret it. Cannot fault it, worth every penny.

Bought a thermapen so I could cook steak for for me and my partner on valentine's day. Was always nervous about cooking meat because I don't want to overcook it and ruin an expensive treat. Thanks to the thermapen I was able to get really good results and an excellent steak in the end
