Influencer & Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

We maintain high brand standards and do not work with websites, blogs, or social profiles that:

Are incomplete or under construction.
Do not have unique content.
Are not relevant to our core product.
Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination.
Promote illegal activities or violate intellectual property rights.
Engage in "disrepute" or conduct that could damage Thermapen's reputation, even if unrelated to this program.
Use AI-generated "spam" content or automated bots to drive artificial traffic.

Affiliate Dashboard: Upon acceptance, you will gain access to the BixGrow Affiliate Dashboard. This is the sole platform for tracking performance, managing tracking links, and viewing rewards.
Tracking Technology: Rewards are tracked via BixGrow using cookies and first-party data. A referral is tracked for 30 days from the customer’s click on an Affiliate’s link, subject to BixGrow’s attribution rules.
Attribution: Rewards are only earned on Qualifying Purchases that are successfully tracked and attributed to an Affiliate through their unique BixGrow referral link. A Qualifying Purchase is a genuine customer order that is paid for in full and not cancelled, returned, or refunded. We have no obligation to pay rewards where links or codes have not been correctly set up or used within the BixGrow system.

Commission: The standard commission is 20% for ALL Thermapen products.
Qualifying Revenue: Commission is calculated on the net amount received from customers, excluding shipping, handling, taxes, service charges, refunds, and Shopify/credit card processing fees.
Payment Threshold: Rewards can only be withdrawn once the Affiliate’s approved balance reaches £100. Payments will be made directly into the Affiliate’s nominated bank account via BACS. Rewards cannot be used as store credit.
Exclusions: No rewards are paid on personal orders (for yourself, friends, or family), orders for resale, or orders that are cancelled, refunded or otherwise deemed invalid.

Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Thermapen. Mandatory tags such as #ad or #affiliate must be visible "above the fold" on all social media posts to comply with UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and CAP Code.
Content Usage Rights: Affiliates retain ownership of any original content they create featuring Thermapen products. By participating in the Affiliate Programme and creating or sharing content featuring Thermapen products, the Affiliate grants Thermapen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, share, display, edit, and adapt this content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on Thermapen websites, social media channels, advertising campaigns, and other promotional materials. This licence continues after termination of the Affiliate relationship.

Search Restrictions: Affiliates are not permitted to set up paid advertisements (in any paid format) bidding on branded keywords like 'Thermapen', 'ETI', 'Thermapen One', or 'Thermapen Classic'.
Double Serving: You may not use www.thermapen.co.uk as the destination domain in any paid advertising, as this results in "Double Serving" and account suspension.

Key Statement: "Thermapen is for the cook who knows that temperature, not time, is the key to creating great food".
Product Positioning: * Thermapen One: The faster, more accurate way to create amazing food.

Tagline/Hashtag: Think Temperature. Not Time. / #TEAMTEMPERATURE.
Logo Protection: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from overlaying their own logos or branding on Thermapen-provided marketing assets.
AI Content: Affiliates must not use AI tools to create, edit, or manipulate images or videos of Thermapen products in a way that changes their appearance, features, branding, or intended use. Any product imagery must accurately represent the Thermapen product being promoted and must not mislead customers.

Affiliates are permitted 3 discount codes per calendar year.
Codes provide 20% off full-priced items only and are active for 1 calendar month.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
Branding and Assets: Upon termination, the Affiliate’s licence to use Thermapen trademarks, logos, product images, Thermapen-provided branded materials, and BixGrow referral links will end immediately. Thermapen may request the removal of branded content from the Affiliate’s channels, and the Affiliate agrees to comply within a reasonable timeframe.
Content Usage: Any rights granted to Thermapen to use Affiliate-created content under these Terms will continue after termination of this agreement.
Outstanding Rewards: Thermapen may withhold unpaid rewards for a reasonable period following termination to account for returns, cancellations, or adjustments.
