Already left a review for that so won’t go into it again, one thing I meant to mention in my earlier review was the instruction/ information book, its first class. No pages of H&S waffle just useful stuff, a rare treat!

Awesome bit of kit to add to your cooking tool box. Gives clear accurate results in mere seconds allowing you to ensure your food is cooked perfectly. Wish I had bought one years ago when my brother recommended it to me. Fantastic for use in the kitchen or outside on the BBQ.

I've always thought these were expensive for a probe, and not worth the money. How wrong I was, the instant read is unreal, the solidity, quality, and accuracy is unrivaled. Great product, worth every penny

I have been looking for a reliable probe as BBQ is what we love!

The build quality is outstanding, accurate and instant.

I want to try the wireless solutions which I will get at some point as I smoke briskets for 18 hours so being able to track them while I go out is essential for me.

But I have no doubt of the accuracy.

You speak to a show cook at bbq demos, you check online and the one that always comes up is thermapen! All these people know what they are talking about, and now so do I!! Nothing else would compare now.

I'm delighted with my Thermapen. Meat is succulent as I no longer overcook it. At the risk of sounding too enthusiastic I'd say it's transformed my cooking.

I've been using the original Thermapen Classic regularly for approaching 4 years now and appreciating how responsive and reliable it has been. But the Thermapen ONE is so much more responsive giving much speedier readings and settling down much more quickly. Where speedy checking of food without interrupting the cooking process is paramount it is much more capable. It's delightful and reassuring to use.
