I bought a cheaper version off Amazon a few years ago which I thought was ok. Having bought the ‘ONE’ I can now honestly say there is no comparison. For almost instant and reliably accurate temperature, get yourself a ‘ONE’!

My husband had been looking at these for months. I finally gave in and bought him one for father's day. He's very chuffed! I'm happy too - my steak is now a perfect medium instead of medium rare. We have a 'Big Green Egg' and this is an excellent addition to the cooking tools. Very impressed so far.
