Just absolutely love the thermapen, I'm a firm believer of cooking by temperature and not time for perfect results. Being big into bbq all year round for over 25 years this is really important. I've had other thermometer s over the years but nothing that has a reading this quick! ( 1 second ) . So this in my collection is as important as a sharp knife! You won't be disappointed.
