Great piece of kit
Will recommend

I love a “gadget” but this one actually works and works well. It’s very good quality and is comfortable to hold. It’s very easy to use. I now have two of them. One indoors and one outdoors for the bbq. I’ve just bought a third for my mum. I highly recommend them.

Already stopped working…. 3 weeks old.

I upgraded to this Classic Thermometer after reading great reviews & I felt my current cheaper one was no longer good enough as it took forever to reach the reading point. How good is this!! I bought it to replace an old metal jam thermometer that the readings had rubbed off during endless use!! Wish I'd found Thermapen sooner! Jam making took on a different level. My marmalade was the best yet due to the setting time being correct as I could see exactly when I needed to remove the pan from the heat. So the look and taste were even better!!! Just need to get a case to keep the pen in! Thank you Thermapen for improving my life!!

oops ERR reading

Receive on the 6th Jan checked it was working, put in the cupboard two weeks later got it out to use and it gave an ERR code reading, me thinking I will have to package it up pay postage send it back for them to check it out, so I decided to ring sales, what a pleasant surprise they told me a new Thermapen will be sent to me and to put the broken one in the box that the new one came in and to put it in a post box to return to them.

Second thermapen. First one works but has cracks around joint. Cant be without my thermapen. Even useful for checking aquarium temperature (but give it a wash!!)

Quickly becomes a kitchen essential

I think this is the 5th I have bought - for myself then subsequently as gifts. Brilliant for normal cooking and barbecues, food (particularly meat/fish) is so much tastier when you can be certain it has reached the right temperature without ending up overcooking everything.
