Simply connect the Air Probe and Billows fan to your RFX Gateway, set your desired pit temperature in the ETI Cloud app and Billows will adjust the airflow as needed. It's particularly useful for low and slow BBQ cooking, including brisket, ribs and pulled pork.

Will the Billows BBQ fan fit my BBQ?

Billows is designed to fit most steel, ceramic and charcoal BBQs. However, some BBQs require an additional mounting plate or kit. If your vent hole is larger than 60 mm H x 50 mm W x 0.5 mm D, you'll need a mounting kit. We offer Billows mounting plates and accessories for different BBQ sizes and vent openings. We recommend checking your vent measurements before ordering.

Do I need a Billows Damper, and is it included in the set?

The Billows Damper is sold separately. It's an optional accessory that allows you to make finer adjustments to the airflow entering your BBQ. With 16 adjustment settings, it gives you additional control over your cooking temperature, particularly during longer, low and slow cooks.
