Very pleased with the thermapen, knew I would be. The delivery couriers DHL were shocking though and would've spoilt the shopping experience if it hadn't been for the 1st class service from a lady called Emma Rapson who was fantastic in resolving the problem.

Bought as a gift for my son, who loves steak and now will never need to worry about getting the internal temperature right. This is our second Thermapen. It also now means I can keep our original for my baking, for checking the temperature of sugar and egg whites when cooking them etc.
The product is so simple to use, accurate and positively miserly on the battery usage. I can highly recommend. We use boiling water poured on the probe to clean between uses, although I believe there are special wipes available.
Bought this after a recommendation on a Komodo cooking course. It has been amazing, for cooking in the kitchen too. Chicken is cooked spot on. Stews on point. Oh and the tomahawks coming out of the Komodo are the bomb!!
