Alarm Thermometer

With both high and low alarms, you can use it for everything from chocolate tempering to BBQ pit monitoring (when paired with an air probe), ensuring temperatures stay just right. 

The max/min function lets you see the highest and lowest temperatures reached during cooking, helping you spot any fluctuations and maintain consistency.
