This Metal Probe Clip is the perfect addition to your DOT thermometer (or any thermometer that pairs with Pro-Series Probes), allowing you to monitor pan-cooked foods with ease. Simply fix the clip to the side of your pan, thread any of our Pro-Series probes through, and view the temperature on your thermometer screen. Set alarms to be notified when your desired temperature is reached.

Made from robust stainless steel, this clip is ideal for processes like deep frying, jam making, or brewing beer. It accepts probes with a 4mm diameter.

For accurate results, make sure your probe isn't touching the sides or bottom of your pan.
