Awesome, best kitchen thermometer we have bought

I bought it to test the temp of fresh pizza dough while kneading for it don't go above 23 degrees it gives a very accurate reading. !

Did my research before purchasing a Food Thermometer and Thermapen was the clear choice with 5-Star reviews across the board. My choice of ThermaStick was a matter of budget but as the same technology is used I was sure that it was my best option. I can happily report that this is an excellent addition to my kitchen and I'm sure it will be a great addition to yours.

Fantastic - better than expected - it even measured the air temperature quickly and accurately! I gave mine away and bought a replacement high end brand which is not nearly as good. So I will be buying another Thermapen for myself.

My Thermastick Pocket is so easy to use makes guessing about my cooking meat a thing of the past ! I should of bought one years ago and it's now become a cooking essential.

As this was a present I cannot comment on the ThermaStick Pocket Thermometer however it arrived intact and quickly after ordering.

Have just completed our second batch of Marmalade the availability of a reliable fast temperature reading makes the final stages much easier welcome after the tedium of all the other preparations. Much to our relief the first 'taste' appears to confirm a good set achieved. Not the cheapest but the thermocouple system seems to be the best despite the higher tech alternatives

My eyesight is imperfect and if I put on my glasses to read the thermometer in the cake they steam out. Without my glasses I am finding it a little difficult to see if the digital number I think I am reading is the number eg: could an 8 be a 9? I am not finding it as easy as I had hoped to get to 98.8

I bought this for pasteurising apple juice and it works very well tested the accuracy in boiling water and it read 99.5 degrees. Close enough.

I have another similar thermometer but discovered it had a top temperature of 150C so was no good for deep fat frying so I bought this one which is fine at higher temperatures.
