ETI MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
All products manufactured by ETI carry either a two or five-year guarantee. Our latest Thermapen model, the Thermapen ONE, obtains a five-year guarantee and all other products a two-year guarantee. During this period of warranty, products that prove to be defective will, at the discretion of ETI, be either repaired or replaced without charge. This guarantee does not apply to any sensors/probes, where a six-month guarantee is offered. The product guarantee does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, or modification. In line with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to amend our product specification without prior notice.
NON-ETI MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
All non-ETI manufactured probes come with a 6 month guarantee. All other non-ETI manufactured products carry a one-year guarantee.
