Having used a number of different options under high pressure circumstances, I bit the bullet and bought my first Thermapen One! The best choice I could have made, this single piece of kit takes all the worry out of temperature testing! It's fast and accurate! This was my fourth, and I fully recommend them!

I had a few thermometers from Amazon previously, but they always broke after a while, so I decided to invest in Thermapen. You can tell the quality difference as it's much sturdier and the reading is also fast. I am sold on this one!

Exactly as advertised

Ordered one day, came the next, as advertised, which was good as I needed it the next day for a meal I was preparing for 9 people. It was very well packaged and came with a good set of instructions, which of course I haven't read yet as it's very intuitive to use. The adjusting/rotating display caught me out a bit until I worked out the best angle to use the probe at so the reading was horizontal. Have only had it a few weeks but very pleased with it so far and using it allows you to not over or under cook meat. Would recommend even though it is on the expensive side compared to other probes I've had in the past.
