Rest assured, after you’ve placed your order, we will ensure your products are delivered as quickly as possible.

Holiday Closures

We'll be closing for two short periods: from 24th December (reopening 29th December) and from 31st December (reopening 5th January 2026), so that our team can celebrate with their loved ones.

 

Our website will remain available for placing orders, but shipping will resume once we're back open.

 

Getting Your Gifts in Time

 

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during the festive period and may be subject to seasonal courier delays. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

 

How does it work?

1. Place an order

Purchase your selected product(s) via our online checkout system, selecting which delivery service you’d like.

2. Receive an email

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase.

3. Track the progress

You can see the progress of your order in your Thermapen account; however, we will send you a despatch email once your order has been shipped.

4. Your order delivered

If you ordered via a courier service, a signature is required before your Thermapen is delivered to ensure it arrives in your hands safely.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Once you’ve placed your order, it will be packed for shipping at our UK head office and then collected by DHL, the third-party courier who fulfils the delivery of your chosen service.

The delivery service options are:

 

UK Mainland Next Day Courier excluding Northern Ireland, offshore and remote delivery addresses.

  • UK Mainland Next Day Courier service with DHL is available for orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays*.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be collected the following working day, expected for delivery the next day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on a Thursday will be collected on Friday for expected delivery on Monday

*Excludes Bank Holidays and company shutdowns where orders placed by 12 PM will be collected by DHL on the next working day for expected delivery on the following working day.

Please note that there may be conditions that could cause delays to the third-party services that we cannot influence.

UK Mainland Standard Courier excluding Northern Ireland, offshore and remote delivery addresses.

  • UK Mainland Standard Courier is expected to deliver your package within 3-5 working days*

*Excludes Bank Holidays and company shutdowns where orders placed by 12 PM will be collected by DHL on the next working day and shipped for expected delivery within 3-5 working days.

If you’re ordering from Northern Ireland or from outside of the UK Mainland, please contact us via sales@thermapen.co.uk or call +44(0)1903 202151 during office hours to see if we have a supplier within your country of residence to avoid additional delivery fees. 

If you place your order on our website, your delivery will be fulfilled by UPS, a third-party courier.

Some countries have import taxes and custom documents for shipments outside of the UK that are not included in the delivery cost. Unfortunately, we can't be certain of these or pay for them in advance. When ordering from outside of the UK Mainland via thermapen.co.uk  you might be charged import duties, Goods of Service Taxes (GST) or custom charges that will be payable to you.

 

 

For UK Mainland orders under 10 kilos we offer:

 

  • FREE UK Mainland* Next Day courier Delivery on all orders over £35.
  • UK Mainland* courier, Next Day by Noon delivery at a cost of £18 for orders above £35. 
  • For orders under £35, the cost for UK* Standard Courier is £7.20, UK* next day courier is £14.40 and UK* Next Day by noon is £25.20.

*Excludes Northern Ireland, offshore and remote delivery addresses. Please refer International Shipping above if you are ordering outside of the UK Mainland.

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot combine this with any future orders to combine deliveries or charges. 

You can see the status of your order in your Thermapen account prior to shipping, and we will send you an email once your items have been collected by DHL .

Once your order is collected, you should receive details to track your delivery on the DHL (UPS for international shipping) website or App. You should also have the option to update your preferences if you are not in to receive your order. 

If you’re collecting your parcel from a PickUp shop, don't forget to take your ID and delivery message as they will request to see this on collection. 

DHL will leave a calling card with instructions to update your delivery preferences including arranging a delivery date.

Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged please notify via us within 7 working days of the purchase date and we will look into this for you.

Lost Goods
If you suspect your parcel is lost, please contact us within 10 days of your delivery date, or 10 days from when you placed the order and we will look into this for you. If we are notified after this date, it is unlikely that the cost of the lost parcel can be covered by Electronic Temperature Instruments.
