Fast, accurate, tough and ergonomic are all terms that come to mind when you use a Thermapen. The rotating display’s automatic orientating the temperature display so it’s always facing the right way up no matter which way you are holding the probe makes using it so much easier. The battery life is so long its amazing, you never have to think about it, as it also warns you many days before it needs changed, so you should never be in position of needing to change the battery mid shift. It Justifies its reputation and price.
So much easier than the one I had before, and quick too, a really brilliant bit of kit. I used to be a butcher and I had a rotisserie in my shop, I had a thermometer to test with but this is on another level altogether. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality and performance, and I was happy and proud to learn it's designed and made right here in the UK. I bought the limited edition day-glo yellow version so I shouldn't easily misplace it :) Will get another workout this afternoon cooking another tri-tip. Happy customer.
My Thermapen One arrived just over a week ago and I haven't stopped using it. I've roasted joints, cooked steaks and pork chops and been able to serve food to my partners the way she likes it as she likes her food cooked much more than mine.
