Delighted with my new Thermapen, which has taken all the guesswork out of my cooking/baking and given me new confidence that food is at the correct temperature. I call it my miracle pen! Eg: large boiled gammon joint; celebration fruit cakes; whole chicken (cooked much sooner than I thought); bbq'd steaks, burgers, sausages, belly pork. You are never too old to learn - I will be 80 next year!
We already have a dot which we are delighted with, bought another 2 whilst they were on offer recently for both our daughters , they are both happy with their gifts . Ordering was easy and the delivery service was excellent, we received ours next day . Fantastic
