Thermapen is the One!

I have been looking for a reliable probe as BBQ is what we love! The build quality is outstanding, accurate and instant. I want to try the wireless solutions which I will get at some point as I smoke briskets for 18 hours so being able to track them while I go out is essential for me. But I have no doubt of the accuracy. You speak to a show cook at bbq demos, you check online and the one that always comes up is thermapen! All these people know what they are talking about, and now so do I!! Nothing else would compare now. Bendy’s Beast Feast

I'm delighted with my Thermapen. Meat is succulent as I no longer overcook it. At the risk of sounding too enthusiastic I'd say it's transformed my cooking. I've even used it whilst experimenting with water temperatures when brewing coffee. I obviously recommend one :-)
