Pair with Billows
The Signals thermometer is compatible with the Billows BBQ Temperature Control Fan. Set your desired pit temperature on your Signals, and the Billows will add air every time it drops to maintain a steady temperature. Ideal for low and slow cooks where it’s key for a certain pit temperature to be maintained over long periods of time.
Switchable probes
Change up your probes to suit different cooks with the Pro-Series range. The Mini Needle Probe is perfect for monitoring thin and delicate foods like ribs or fish.
How to use the Signals
- Press the power button on the back of the instrument to switch it on.
- Use the SET buttons to program your high/low limits and alarms and the CH button to switch between channels.
- Alternatively, use the ETI App to program your settings. Open the app and follow the instructions.
- Insert the food probe into the centre of your meat. Attach the air probe to your grill using the grate clip.
- Stand the Signals on a surface next to the BBQ. Please note the screen is not BBQ-safe.
- Place your meat into the BBQ and close the door or lid.
- View the progress of your cook in the app or on the Signals screen.
- The alarms will sound once your meat reaches its high limit and if your pit temperature falls out of your set limits.
